Security Archives, Inc. is a commercial records storage center and was founded in 1991. We provide records management services for the leading businesses in our service area, including Tennessee and Southern Kentucky. These services include bar-coded storage and retrieval, refile and interfile, pick-up and delivery, computer tape rotation, and confidential records destruction.  We can assist in facilities maintenance, technological innovations, and disaster recovery or contingency planning as these items apply to the information management of our corporate clients. Security Archives, Inc. is a member of Professional Records & Information Services Management and the Association of Records Managers and Administrators.

Security Archives, Inc. utilizes "state of the art" computer and bar-coding technology to insure that your records are available upon request. Our records center is fully sprinklered and constructed of steel and concrete. Some areas are temperature controlled. The detection systems include both perimeter and motion burglar alarms, fire alarms and water flow central station monitoring.

In addition, Security Archives, Inc. has developed an in-house proprietary software, REcords Management On-Line System. This software allows Security Archives to continually develop new enhancements as our customers request or require them.
