Why Use Us?

Security Archives, Inc. was founded in 1991 and provides commercial records storage to Tennessee and Kentucky clients. Our experience in the records management industry shows in everything we do. From the front office to the warehouse dock, our staff is hand picked with the client in mind.

Our records center is conveniently located at the corner of Harding Place and Antioch Pike. It is a quick five minute drive to the airport and approximately 10 minutes to downtown Nashville. With the emphasis on safety and security of your records, our record center is constructed of steel and concrete and are fully sprinklered; some areas are temperature controlled. Our detection systems include both perimeter and motion burglar alarms, fire alarms, and water flow central station monitoring. All access to our facility is controlled.

We utilize state-of-the-art computer technology to enable us to be flexible in meeting the needs of our clients and to operate with maximum efficiency for error free storage and retrieval. We have designed and developed a proprietary REcords Management On-line System that enable us to design custom records management programs that not only work for our clients today, but will continue to work for years to come.

Record retention can be an involved and exhausting process for any company. How long to keep which records can become quite an issue for a company with hundreds of thousands of records. We offer our clients a suggested retention schedule for business records, however, this is only a suggested guide. Please consult your attorney and accountant prior to implementing a company wide retention schedule.
